Access to the website is subject to our terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services and products without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable regardless of the period of time.

Eligibility
In using the website and the services and products we offer, you hereby confirm that:
You are aged 18 or over and are not registered blind or partially sighted.
If you are ordering prescription frames you confirm that you have had your eyes tested by a qualified optician within the last 2 years. In all cases however it is up to the user to be responsible for any and all activity.

About Our Wooden Frames
All images of our products are for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily a true indication of the pattern of the wood which will vary from frame to frame. Please remember that wood is a natural product and therefore each pair will vary from the image shown on the site. This of course also ensures your glasses will be absolutely unique, as each selection of wood used on each pair will have it’s own unique pattern. All our products are hand made to order, and subject to availability of the wood veneers being in stock.

Intellectual property rights  
Our designs and manufacturing processes are unique and created by our own in house designers and engineers. The ”Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright and all related rights, trade marks, trade names, domain names, rights in designs, including technical drawings machine codes trade secrets and any other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications (and rights to apply for, and be granted) renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, these rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist, now or in the future, in any part of the world; “Materials” means all materials, including text, posts, replies, comments, video, audio, photographs, images, illustrations, animations, logos, information, data and graphics.
With the exception of the Intellectual Property Rights in the Materials owned by a third party, we are the owner or the licensee of all Intellectual Property Rights in the Site, such rights being protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved.

You may only print from the Site images or text for your personal reference or to draw the attention of others to material or pictures posted on the Site. 
You must not modify any material you have printed off or download from the site in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
You must always acknowledge Campbell Marson, or any other named contributor of material on the Site if used for social media or any other media purposes.

You must not use any part of the materials on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping
We offer free shipping to all our customers in the UK and worldwide.
Your order will be processed immediately and you will be informed at the outset how long delivery will take. An email will be sent to you confirming the carriers details and the tracking number. Your items will be shipping around 5 working days – 2 working weeks. We aim to send them as soon possible but it can depend on if we have your particular model in stock. Because we offer such a large range and variations of glasses, we don’t keep a large amount stock of pre-made glasses. The order will be delivered to your specific delivery address, only after the payment has been received. Please note if we do need more time to create your product we will let you know via the email you have provided us with.
Upon delivery, you are recommended to inspect the goods carefully. In case of any damages refrain from wearing the glasses and contact us immediately by phone +44 20 3034 0343 or email info@campbellmarson.com and we will aim to resolve or identify issues immediately.


Unfortunately we cannot ship to the following countries, Algeria, Belarus, Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia and Zimbabwe.


Please note that you are liable for any customs charges incurred.

Returns
We are not liable for any damage caused to your order once it has been received. Campbell Marson are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any of our wooden frames within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions.

  • The item is in it’s original condition, with no damage to the packaging frames or lenses
  • You have the original receipt of purchase.
  • The frames have not been custom made for you.
  • The frames are sent back to us via tracked/registered post or equivalent.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the items are damaged when received.

 

If you have ordered frames with prescription lenses then only then frame can be exchanged. We cannot give a refund on the lenses. If your glasses don’t fit for whatever reason, we will be happy to adjust them for you if you return them to us stating the problem. Feel free to call us or email us about the problem. We shall make every reasonable effort to deliver your products on time, however, delays may occur where special woods not generally held as stock items need to be ordered specially.


If for any reason the glasses you ordered become lost or damaged in transit, we shall, at our sole discretion, either replace the goods or reimburse you.
Any products to be returned to us will be at your own cost and must be by recorded/special delivery or similar with a tracking number provided. Any issues should be sent to info@campbellmarson.com

Warranty
Campbell Marson warrant that on delivery the products shall conform in all material respects with their description on the Site, be free from any defects in design, material, workmanship and quality and according to the sale of goods act 1979 be fit for purpose.


Campbell Marson Eyewear is made from natural materials and therefore there may be colour variations from those described on the website. This is normal with wood.
If you believe the product does not comply to the warranty set out above then please inform us by contacting us on email at info@campbellmarson.com within 14 days after discovery.
Return the goods to us in the original packaging, at your own cost and if instructed to do so by Campbell Marson.
If found to be defective Campbell Marson will replace the defective products or offer a full refund.
These terms also apply to any replacement products supplied by us.
The above warranties are in addition to your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Liability
If we fail to comply with the terms and conditions set out above, we shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of your Products and any losses that you suffer as a result of our failure to comply which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.
We will not be liable for losses that result from our failure to comply with these terms and conditions under any circumstances

Information about you and your visits to the Site
We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Uploading material to the Site

Information you have uploaded to the Site, including prescription data and a photo (as may be necessary for a virtual try-on of a frame, shall be kept in accordance with our privacy policy and only stored for as long as reasonably necessary.
We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of the Site.
We aim to update the Site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the Site, or close it indefinitely.  Any of the material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Linking to the Site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of the Site other than the home page. 
We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.  The website from which you are linking must comply in all respects with the content standards set out in our acceptable use policy.

Where the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only.  We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. 

Jurisdiction and applicable law
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Site. 
These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Variations
We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page.  You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we have made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Site.
