Shipping and Returns
We offer free shipping to all our customers in the UK and worldwide.
Your order will be processed immediately and you will be informed at the outset how long delivery will take. An email will be sent to you confirming the carriers details and the tracking number. Your items will be shipping around 5 working days – 2 working weeks. We aim to send them as soon possible but it can depend on if we have your particular model in stock. Because we offer such a large range and variations of glasses, we don’t keep a large amount stock of pre-made glasses. The order will be delivered to your specific delivery address, only after the payment has been received. Please note if we do need more time to create your product we will let you know via the email you have provided us with.
Upon delivery, you are recommended to inspect the goods carefully. In case of any damages refrain from wearing the glasses and contact us immediately by phone +44 20 3034 0343 or email email@example.com and we will aim to resolve or identify issues immediately.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to the following countries, Algeria, Belarus, Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia and Zimbabwe.
Please note that you are liable for any customs charges incurred.
We are not liable for any damage caused to your order once it has been received.
Campbell Marson are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any of our wooden frames within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions.
- The item is in it’s original condition, with no damage to the packaging frames or lenses
- You have the original receipt of purchase.
- The frames have not been custom made for you.
- The frames are sent back to us via tracked/registered post or equivalent.
- You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the items are damaged when received.
If you have ordered frames with prescription lenses then only then frame can be exchanged. We cannot give a refund on the lenses. If your glasses don’t fit for whatever reason, we will be happy to adjust them for you if you return them to us stating the problem. Feel free to call us or email us about the problem.
We shall make every reasonable effort to deliver your products on time, however, delays may occur where special woods not generally held as stock items need to be ordered specially.
If for any reason the glasses you ordered become lost or damaged in transit, we shall, at our sole discretion, either replace the goods or reimburse you.
Any products to be returned to us will be at your own cost and must be by recorded/special delivery or similar with a tracking number provided.
